The Service currently allows users to reserve a username ("handle") for potential future use in the JamCheck application.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when claiming your handle.
Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
JamCheck reserves the right to reclaim any handle that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
JamCheck reserves the right to cancel any handle reservation at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JamCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
JamCheck reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
